When requesting changes to your FutureFeed subscription, such as adding new features or modifying your current plan, it’s important to follow these guidelines. FutureFeed handles all subscription modifications by ending the current subscription and applying a pro-rated credit toward a new subscription term. This policy is designed to ensure clarity in billing and service management.
Step-by-Step Process:
- Submit a Request: To request changes to your subscription, email support@futurefeed.co. Specify the desired modifications, such as adding new features or extending your subscription term.
- End of Current Subscription:
- Upon receiving your request, FutureFeed will end your current subscription.
- Downgrades and shortened terms are not allowed, as subscription payments are non-refundable.
- Pro-rated Credit:
- A pro-rated credit for the unused portion of your subscription will be calculated. This credit will be applied to the new invoice.
- The pro-rated credit cannot exceed the value of the new invoice, ensuring fairness and consistency. If the new invoice is lower than the credit, the remaining amount will not be carried over.
- New Subscription Term: A new invoice will be generated to reflect the start of your new subscription term, which typically lasts one year. However, other term lengths with significant savings are always available.
- Invoice Settlement: The invoice for the new term, minus any applied pro-rated credit, must be paid within 7 days to prevent service interruption.
Example Scenario:
You have a 12-month FutureFeed subscription, and you decide to add an additional feature halfway through the term. The current subscription will be ended, a pro-rated credit for the remaining 6 months will be applied, and the new term with the added feature will begin. The invoice for this new term will reflect the changes, and any credit will be applied toward the total.
