Overview

Partners will support multiple client Subscriptions, with each Subscription consisting of data indicating how the services the partner provides impact the client's compliance management process. Such partners can benefit from a Template Subscription.  Partners use Template Subscriptions to streamline the deployment of FutureFeed across their various clients.  Template Subscriptions can be preconfigured with the data the partner elects to pass on to the client.  Template Subscriptions can be used to pre-populate a Subscription with a variety of information, including:

• roles and responsibilities (but without individuals being assigned to those roles);
• tools and services implemented by default across the organization;
• policies, procedures, and other documents with the option to customize with the partner's branding and service-specific details;
• pre-answered assessment information; and
• 3rd-Party users (that represent the partner's team).

This saves partners significant time and effort when setting up a new client Subscription.  It also can make an immediate and lasting impression for the client about the partner's delivery of services. FutureFeed is a part of a partner's service bundle and kickstarting the engagement in a GRC with prepopulated data will strengthen the confidence the client has in its selected partner.  The Template is cloned to jumpstart the process for a new client Subscription, but there are some limitations to be aware of.  These include:

• Cloning cannot be instantiated until a template Subscription is purchased;
• Cloning cannot be used to copy information from an existing, non-Template Subscription to a new Subscription;
• Client Subscriptions, other than Template Subscriptions, cannot be cloned unless the Partner transitions that Subscription to be a Template Subscription; and,
• The following data is not cloned from a template Subscription:
  • Employee Users; and
  • Physical Data Locations.

Annual Service Provider Template Subscription Prices

Partners can purchase annual Template Subscriptions, including Subscriptions to FutureFeed Core and Add-on Frameworks. The base price for this template is $3,588/year with the add-on price for other associated frameworks in addition to the DoD Contractor CUI Bundle which includes FutureFeed Core and the complete NIST 800-171/CMMC L2 framework.
