Users and Roles
- Employee Access provides for the addition of employee users to the system. There is no limit to the number of users added. When a user is given FutureFeed access they are considered trusted to view and edit within the tool.
Since tracking accountability is a key best practice enabled by FutureFeed, you may wish to add employees, but not actually give them access to the tool. Doing so makes them referenceable. - 3rd Party Access provides for the addition of external users to the system. There is no limit to the number of 3rd party users that may be added. When a 3rd party user is given FutureFeed access they are considered trusted to view and edit within the tool. Since tracking accountability is a key best practice enabled by FutureFeed, you may wish to add 3rd parties, but not actually give them access to the tool. Doing so makes them referenceable.
- Once employees and 3rd parties are added, Roles and Responsibilities are created. Users are applied to the roles. By separating roles from the people that hold them, the FutureFeed platform allows people to change jobs without having to redefine accountability in various portions of the "living assessment" platform.
