The list of active Tools and Services is captured in the Technology Subway Stop and reproduced in the SSP System Details section (1.3.1).
Ratings Section
Overall Rating - The average of the Suitability to Mission, Reliability and Experience ratings.
Suitability-to-Mission Rating - The rating is subjectively applied to the item by the organization or a service provider to provide the current subjective evaluation of how well a particular tool or service meets the mission identified for the organization.
Reliability Rating - The rating is subjectively applied to the item by the organization or a service provider to provide a current maintenance snapshot for the tool or service. Organizations using a service provider may change the rating between meetings to ensure that a discussion ensues in their next meeting. Similarly, service providers can change the rating to incite a conversation about maintenance issues to which management may not have visibility.
User Experience Rating - Use this rating to capture user satisfaction with the tool or service. Benefits include increases in employee satisfaction when they are engaged for their input and the identification of deficiencies in products by those who are most closely engaged in their use.
Usage Section
Counts for the numbers of end-users and admins are part of the NIST 800-171 SSP template. These counts are an important reminder of the principle of least privilege which, in cybersecurity terms, demands that only those people who require privileged access should have it granted to them.
