Overview
While many FutureFeed Partners are using FutureFeed's innovative IT environment management capabilities for all of their Clients, not all of their Clients must meet the cybersecurity requirements defined in NIST SP 800-171 or CMMC 2.0 Level 2. We also expect to introduce support for additional compliance frameworks over the next several months.
To ensure our Partners and their Clients pay for only the capabilities they need, we are separating the FutureFeed platform into two components: FutureFeed Core and Add-on Frameworks. A FutureFeed Core Subscription allows a Client to manage an IT environment. Frameworks are added to individual FutureFeed Core subscriptions and allow the Client to assess the environment managed by the FutureFeed Core Subscription.
FutureFeed Core comes with our NIST Basic Cybersecurity Framework Bundle, which includes controls defined in FAR 52.204-21, CMMC 2.0 Level 1, and Far and Above Phase 1, along with corresponding scoring. For additional details, please click here.
Primary FutureFeed Core Subscription Prices
Cybersecurity is a team sport, and we do not want per-user Subscription fees to get in the way of a well-governed, compliant cybersecurity program. That is why all FutureFeed Core Subscriptions are billed at a flat rate, rather than on a per-user or other "metered" usage basis. A single Subscription can be used to manage an entire enclave's IT environment and to create and maintain that enclave's System Security Plan ("SSP").
Primary FutureFeed Core Subscription
The price for a Client's "Primary", i.e., first, FutureFeed Core Subscription is based on the Client's total number of full-time equivalent employees ("FTEs"), as set forth in the chart below:
Description | Full Time Equivalent Employees ("FTEs") |
Month-to-Month FutureFeed Core Subscription |
Annual FutureFeed Core Subscription |
|
Min. | Max. | |||
Enterprise | 2,000 | 100,000 | N/A | Enterprise Package Call for Pricing |
Standard |

1,999 | N/A |

SMB | 21 | 199 | $498 |
$249/mo |
Innovator | 1 | 20 | $198 |
$99/mo |
Month-to-Month Subscriptions
The break-even point, as seen in the chart above, for month-to-month subscriptions vs. annual is six months.
Multi-Year Subscriptions
The cost of a multi-year FutureFeed Core subscription is equal to price indicated above multiplied by the number of years. However, for each year beyond the first, the Subscription's duration is increased by three months.
Example
Background
Mavis' Machine Shop has 30 FTEs. They have a fairly simple IT environment which is managed under a single SSP. This enterprise-wide approach would be considered a single "enclave" since it is managed via a single SSP, and Mavis' Machine Shop would only need a single FutureFeed Core Subscription to manage their entire environment. This single Subscription would be Mavis' Machine Shop's Primary (and only) Subscription.
Pricing
The list price of the Primary FutureFeed Core Subscription for Mavis' Machine Shop, with 30 FTEs, would be $249 per month when purchased on an annual basis. This will allow Mavis' Machine Shop to manage their IT environment and to assess that environment's cybersecurity compliance against the requirements defined in CMMC 2.0 Level 1 and FAR 52.204-21. If Mavis' Machine Shop wishes to assess their compliance against the requirements defined in CMMC 2.0 Level 2, NIST SP 800-171, NIST SP 800-53, or other frameworks, Mavis' Machine Shop will need to purchase a Framework Add-on for their subscription.
Multi-Year Subscription
If Mavis's Machine Shop committed to a three year Subscription purchase, their Subscription would cost $8964, and the subscription would expire forty-two (42) months after it is initiated (i.e., 3 years plus 3 months for each of the two additional years).
