This document uses terms defined in our Definitions page. All prices are in US Dollars.
The subscriptions referenced in this document will be available in the Summer of 2023, and their pricing will be effective, once they are available.
Overview
Each FutureFeed Core Subscription is tied to a single IT environment (the "corresponding IT environment") once the Subscription is activated. Each FutureFeed Core Subscription includes a built-in Framework, the NIST Basic Cybersecurity Bundle, which includes controls from CMMC 2.0 Level 1 and FAR 52.204-21. Clients can purchase access to additional Frameworks as add-ons to a given Subscription. An add-on FutureFeed Framework subscription allows a Client to:
- automatically generate an SSP for the corresponding IT environment based on the controls defined in that Framework;
- perform a gap assessment of the corresponding IT environment against the Framework;
- create and manage action items (e.g., Plans of Action and Milestones ("POA&Ms")) associated with that Framework; and,
- define and manage a project portfolio.
FutureFeed Framework subscriptions can be added to a Client's FutureFeed Core subscription at any time. The Company will prorate the cost of each FutureFeed Framework subscription added during the term of a FutureFeed Core subscription based on the number of months remaining in the corresponding FutureFeed Core subscription.

Month-to-Month Subscriptions
The break-even point, as seen in the chart below, for month-to-month subscriptions vs. annual is six months. Month-to-month framework subscriptions may only be attached to month-to-month core subscriptions.
Multi-Year Subscriptions
The cost of a multi-year Add-on Framework Subscription is equal to price indicated below multiplied by the number of years. However, for each additional year beyond the first, the Subscription's duration is increased by three months.
Example
Continuing the Generic Aerospace example from the Enclaves pricing page, if Generic Aerospace wanted to conduct CMMC and NIST SP 800-171 assessments against the enclaves with 30 and 18 FTEs working in them, Generic Aerospace would need to purchase Add-on Framework Subscriptions to the NIST Advanced Cyber Frameworks Bundles for each enclave. Generic Aerospace's total cost for these Add-on Frameworks would be $1,000 per year ($2,000 total for the 2 Add-on Framework Subscriptions).
