Users can update subscription payment information to:
- Prepare for an upcoming renewal.
- Change the current payment method on record.
- Change other billing information for the company such as:
- Billing email
- Phone number
- View invoice history
- Partners will see the invoice history for all of the subscriptions they are responsible for payment for
If you are a FutureFeed Partner and your organization does not have its own subscription:
You will not be able to access this section of your client's subscription. Our payment system provider, Stripe, keeps every payment method used secure and private from people outside of the organization it is relevant for. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if this applies to you.
