How-to: Add an Inventory Item Directly from the Assess Page

You may find yourself on the Assess page and have the need to add an inventory item that was overlooked when building the inventory, or simply doesn't exist and needs to be created as a POA&M (Plan of Actions and Milestones).  Follow the steps below to add an active or POA&M item "on the fly."  

After the item is added you can open it to add more detail including tags so that it will appear on other controls.
