Our support site is managed by Zendesk. To login to the support site, a user must have a Zendesk profile. Although the profile is separate from the user's FutureFeed subscription, the user must use the same E-mail address associated with the user's FutureFeed subscription. For security purposes, the password associated with the user's Zendesk profile should be significantly different from the user's FutureFeed password.
If you have never created a support ticket, your credentials are not in our system yet. In this case, contact support@futurefeed.co to request a profile for our support site and a team member will be in touch.
