Trouble Signing In to FutureFeed? Access Issues, MFA, and Admin Help

If you’re having trouble accessing your FutureFeed account, most login and access issues can be resolved quickly by your organization’s FutureFeed Admin. This article explains the most common access problems, how to identify your admin, and when FutureFeed Support can assist.

I Need My MFA Reset

If you’ve changed phones, lost access to your authenticator app, or are unable to complete multi-factor authentication (MFA), you’ll need help from your FutureFeed Admin.

Your Admin can reset MFA directly from the People → Manage Users page in FutureFeed. They can locate your user account and use the Actions column to reset your MFA.

FutureFeed Support is only able to assist with MFA resets if you are the only admin on the account.

I Never Received (or Lost) My Activation Email

If you were added to FutureFeed but never activated your account, start by checking your inbox and spam or junk folder for the activation email.

If you still can’t find it, contact your FutureFeed Admin and ask them to resend the activation email. Admins can resend activation emails from the People → Manage Users page by locating your user and using the Actions column.

My Account Says It’s Inactive

To meet security and compliance requirements, including FedRAMP standards, FutureFeed automatically deactivates user accounts after 90 days of inactivity.

If your account is inactive, contact your FutureFeed Admin and ask them to reactivate it. Admins can reactivate users from the People → Manage Users page using the Actions column next to the user’s name in the Inactive Users table.

How Do I Know Who My FutureFeed Admin Is?

If you’re not sure who your FutureFeed Admin is, there are a few common ways to find out.

Think back to who told you that you were being added to FutureFeed. That person is often an Admin. You can also check internal emails or documentation related to onboarding, compliance ownership, or account setup. In many organizations, IT, security, compliance, or program management teams manage FutureFeed access.

Most organizations have at least one Admin who can manage users and resolve access issues.

What If I’m the Only Admin?

If you are the only admin on your FutureFeed account and you are unable to log in due to MFA issues, inactivity, or activation problems, you should contact FutureFeed Support directly.

Support can assist only after confirming that there are no other admins who can perform actions from the People → Manage Users page.

When Should I Contact FutureFeed Support?

You should contact FutureFeed Support if you are the only admin on the account, if all admins are locked out, if there is no internal user who can manage access through People → Manage Users, or if your issue does not match any of the scenarios described above.

If you’re unsure, reaching out to your Admin first is always the fastest way to resolve access issues.
