Evidence Workflow Quick Guide
FutureFeed uses a three-step workflow to ensure compliance evidence is properly collected, signed, and reviewed before it counts toward your compliance posture.
The 3-Stage Evidence Process
1️⃣ Task Assignment (Administrator)

Navigate to the Document or Tool

Go to the Task Assignments tab
-
Click Assign New Task
-
Enter:
-
Evidence Title
-
Instructions (Notes)
-
Assignee
-
Recurrence (if needed)
-
-
Click Submit
The task is now assigned and will appear in the user’s task list.
2️⃣ Task Completion (Assignee)
Find Your Tasks:

Dashboard → User Dashboard → User Tasks
OR
-
Open the related Document/Tool → Task Assignments
Complete the Task:
-
Open the task
-
Select an evidence type:
-
Attachment
-
Linked Document
-
Live Document
-
New Document
-
Screenshot
-
Pull from API
-
-
Add your evidence
-
Click Save – Complete
-
Sign
-
Click Mark Complete
The submission becomes a Completed Artifact and moves to the Evidence tab.
3️⃣ Review (Reviewer)

Open the Document or Tool
-
Go to the Evidence tab
-
Open the artifact (Status: Completed)
-
Review the submission
-
Sign to approve
Status changes to Reviewed and the item becomes finalized Evidence.

Managing Tasks (Admins)

Reassign: Click assignee name and select new user
