FutureFeed Status Page: Checking System Status
FutureFeed maintains a public status page where you can monitor the current health of the platform, review past incidents, and subscribe to real-time notifications.
Accessing the Status Page
You can view FutureFeed's current system status at any time by visiting https://futurefeed.statuspage.io/. No login is required.
Understanding Status Indicators
Operational — The component is functioning normally. Degraded Performance — The component is working but may be slower than usual. Partial Outage — Some users or functions are affected. Major Outage — The component is unavailable. Under Maintenance — Scheduled maintenance is in progress.
Subscribing to Status Updates
To receive notifications when an incident is created, updated, or resolved:
- Go to https://futurefeed.statuspage.io/
- Click Subscribe to Updates in the top right of the page.
- Choose your notification method: Email, SMS, or Webhook.
- Select which components you want to receive updates for.
- Click Subscribe.
You will receive a confirmation email after subscribing.
Viewing Incident History
Scroll down on the status page to see a log of past incidents and maintenance events, including timelines and resolution details.
During an Active Incident
If an incident is in progress, the status page will display a banner indicating the issue, real-time updates as the FutureFeed team investigates, and a final update once the incident is resolved.
