HAWK AI™️ Security, Privacy and Compliance
Overview of Hawk AI™️ Data Handling and Privacy Controls
FutureFeed supports organizations that work with sensitive information, including System Security Plans (SSPs), infrastructure descriptions, configuration details, and other confidential materials. This article describes how HAWK AI works with that information and how data remains restricted to each customer’s subscription.
Data Location
All FutureFeed services—storage, application processing, and AI functions—operate within AWS GovCloud (US). Data associated with a customer’s subscription remains inside this environment and is not transferred to public cloud regions or external AI systems.
How HAWK AI Processes Information
When HAWK AI is used to summarize, review, or analyze content:
-
The processing takes place inside FutureFeed’s private GovCloud environment.
-
AI services used by HAWK AI run within that same environment.
-
Customer inputs and documents are not sent to public AI endpoints.
-
Customer data is not used to train AI models that are shared with other organizations.
The AI operates on the data provided within the customer’s subscription boundary and does not retain it for future training or model improvement.
Customer Data Separation
FutureFeed is structured so that each customer’s information remains isolated. Data from one subscription is not accessible to another. AI features follow the same isolation model and use only the data contained within the customer’s own environment.
Practices FutureFeed and HAWK AI Do Not Perform
To clarify the system’s behavior, the following activities do not occur:
-
Data is not sent to public AI platforms.
-
Data is not used to train shared or external AI models.
-
Data from one customer is not visible to another.
-
Data is not stored or processed outside AWS GovCloud.
-
AI services do not use customer data to improve foundation models.
-
The platform does not rely on open-internet AI tools or public datasets.
This means each customer’s content is used only for the actions they initiate within their own subscription.
Independent Oversight
FutureFeed’s security and compliance program includes participation from outside organizations:
-
Project Hosts assists in the management of the FedRAMP-aligned hosting and security framework.

Summary Statement
HAWK AI operates entirely within FutureFeed’s private GovCloud environment and processes only the data associated with the customer’s subscription. Customer information is not shared, transferred to public AI platforms, or used to train generalized AI models.
