Customers and partners may request a copy of your “assessment” or a “report” summarizing your compliance posture. In FutureFeed, this information is provided through two deliverables:
• A Data Files Export
• A newly generated and approved System Security Plan (SSP)
FutureFeed does not include a separate assessment package. These two deliverables together represent the assessment information customers expect.
What You Should Provide
When someone asks how to download their assessment as a report, provide:
• A freshly generated and approved SSP
• A Data Files Export
• A reminder to share only under NDA
These files cover both narrative program details and structured assessment data.
Generating the SSP
1. Navigate to Deliverables → Compliance Reports
2. Select System Security Plan (SSP)
3. Generate a new SSP
4. Review and Approve it
Exporting Assessment Data
1. Navigate to Deliverables → Exports
2. Select Data Files Export
3. Choose the export options you need
4. Download the export file
